The International Program aims to promote the Australian beef industry and facilitate international trade. As an international delegate, it is your dedicated pathway to experiencing the strength of Australia’s beef supply chain and building long-term trade relationships, connecting you with key stakeholders from Australia’s beef industry.

Handshakes Program™
As part of Beef Australia’s International Program, Beef2027 will also host the Handshakes Program™. This is a business matching program that connects you with key personnel involved in Australia’s beef industry, providing a platform for you to set up meetings and engage with producers, processors and suppliers. The Program supports practical business outcomes, connecting you with the stakeholders you want to meet.
Through facilitated business meetings, industry networking, and educational sessions, it will help you establish new business partnerships and gain valuable, first-hand insights into Australia’s beef market.
The Beef Australia Handshakes Program™ is targeted towards international participants who have an interest in establishing business relationships with suppliers of:

- Genetics
- Industry equipment
- Technology
- Logistics
- Marketing
The Handshakes Program™ can also support the matching of investors who are seeking partnership opportunities in the Australian beef supply chain.
Dependant on your interest, you will be purposefully matched with Australian stakeholders who operate in these industries.
About the destination
