Beef Australia will bring Australia’s beef community together with global industry leaders, buyers, producers, and innovators in Rockhampton from 2-8 May 2027, as part of its iconic International Program.
The Program is designed to strengthen trade or commercial outcomes and build consumer trust in beef, while helping international delegates learn about Australia’s beef supply chain and experience the best the industry has to offer. International delegates from across the world will be looking to connect with key industry personnel from across the globe, take part in business meetings, tour some of Australia’s beef cattle stations, learn about the latest in agri-tech, and taste and eat some of Australia’s best beef.
For Australian participants, the Program provides direct access to new markets, fresh perspectives, and long-term trade outcomes. It provides a platform to connect with the global beef industry, and creates opportunities to showcase premium cattle genetics, production systems, sustainability practices, agtech, and the latest food innovations to international delegates who are actively looking to learn, invest, collaborate and trade.

Beef Australia’s Handshakes Program™ is a business matching program that connects you with international delegates at Beef2027. It allows you to establish new business partnerships, gain valuable insights into international markets, and promote Australia’s beef industry to the world.
The Program is targeted towards international and domestic participants who have a business interest in establishing commercial agreements in the following areas:
