Trade Fair Applications for Beef Australia 2027 have now closed.

We are excited to introduce new and improved pavilion floorplans, more sites and opportunities, and the return of the popular precinct-style layout.
APPLICATION TIMELINE
- October 2025 Applications Open
- 4 February 2026 Applications Close/Waitlist Available
- March 2026 First round of offers made and 25% deposit required upon acceptance of site
- 5pm 31 March 2026 Charity Applications Close
- April / May 2026 Second round of offers made and 25% deposit required upon acceptance of site
- 31 August 2026 Second payment due – 50% of total site fee is due for payment
- 23 November 2026 Final payment due – remaining 25% of site fee.
Applicants will be notified of the result of their application via email by April 2026.
