Beef2027 is fast approaching, and the countdown is officially on.
With Early Bird tickets for our social functions going on sale next month, followed by general public ticket sales in November, the excitement is building across the industry and beyond.
Behind the scenes, preparations are gathering momentum. Trade Fair sites are filling fast, food vendors are securing their spots, and plans for an exciting lineup of world-class entertainment are taking shape.
Interest from people keen to offer their houses on Airbnb continues to gather momentum so if you are thinking of becoming a host there are still many people to take up your offer.
We can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and first-time attendees to Rockhampton for Beef2027. Be sure to secure your place early and grab your tickets to the Beef industry’s favourite functions when Early Bird sales open next month. The countdown is on!

- Early Bird for Beef Australia Members Only (functions) – 27th October at 10AM
- General Public (functions) – 3rd November at 10AM
Tickets for our educational sessions, including seminars, tech talks and property tours, will go on sale in December.

Request for Quote – Temporary Fencing and Barriers
Beef Australia is seeking the supply and services of one or more suppliers to provide and install Temporary Fencing and Barriers for Beef 2027. Proponents may submit pricing for one or all (i.e. Fencing, CCB, Water Barriers and vehicle mitigation.)
Submissions must be received by 5:00pm on Friday 18th September 2026.

Beef Australia is seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused Trade Fair Officer to support the Exhibition & Events Operations Coordinator and broader operations team in the planning and delivery of Beef2027.
