Request for Quote – Shuttle Bus (Park and Ride) and Coach Services
Beef Australia Limited requests quotes and proposals from suitably experienced and qualified Proponents to provide Shuttle Bus (Park and Ride) and Coach Services for Beef2027.
The exposition is to be held at the Rockhampton Showgrounds and Victoria Park from Sunday, 2 May to Saturday 8 May 2027.
The Request for Quote includes four separable scopes:
- Shuttle Services (Park and Ride)
- Yeppoon Shuttle/Coach Service
- Other Coach Services (out of region)
- Promotional Bus Wrapping
Proponents may, at their discretion, submit a Quote/Proposal for all, or part of the works, provided that Proponents clearly state which parts they are applying for and otherwise satisfy the requirements of this invitation.
Proponents must accept and comply with all the conditions or risk being disqualified or their Quote being rejected.
