As a not-for-profit organisation, Beef Australia relies on the generosity of its many sponsors, most notably the Australian and Queensland governments, Meat and Livestock Australia, and the Rockhampton Regional Council.
The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment protects Australia’s natural resources and drives strong and sustainable agricultural industries. We support the beef industry as they grow our economy, manage and protect our precious land and water and contribute to the fabric of our regional communities.
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) exists to improve the profitability, sustainability and global competitiveness of Australia’s red meat and livestock industry. This is achieved through research and development services for Australia’s cattle, sheep and goat producers, along with domestic and global marketing programs, all designed to build demand and productivity across the supply chain.
Queensland is Australia’s largest supplier of beef products and live cattle—renowned for our high quality beef and use of world best animal management practices. The Queensland Government is proud to support Beef Australia 2021 and encourages private investment opportunities that deliver economic outcomes and lead to increased sustainable beef production across Queensland.
Rockhampton Regional Council is proud to be a principal partner of Beef Australia 2021, and welcome visitors from all over the world to our region. This one of a kind event provides an opportunity for the cattle industry to celebrate their successes, network, learn and enjoy our great city experiences and hospitality.
Please join us in supporting and celebrating the beef industry in the Beef Capital of Australia.
