REFUNDS & RETURNS
You can return any item (excluding items purchase via promotions, discount vouchers, special offers or sale items) and request a refund or store credit within 21 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
To initiate a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email you will need to include your order number and provide the email address you used to check out with.
We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases.
We do not offer exchanges for returned items.
Rules for returns
- You have 21 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
- Item(s) were not On Sale, a special offer or promotion at the time of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.
Important things to know
- All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Return time frame
Once we receive your return into our warehouse, it usually takes up to 3-5 business days to process, once processed we then refund or issue you with your store credit (timeframe on shipping depends on your location).
Please be advised that if we are processing your refund to your credit card this will take between 2 – 3 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Faulty items returned
In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty item we will endeavour to offer you the option of an exchange or refund. Receiving an exchange is fully dependant on stock levels and is not guaranteed in all situations. A customer service representative will request proof of the item fault you have received.
Items purchased on sale or during a specific promotion
Items(s) purchased on sale, a special offer or promotion at the time of purchase, cannot be returned for a refund.
