Nutrien Ag Solutions Commercial Cattle Championship applications open
Nominations have opened for the Nutrien Ag Solutions Commercial Cattle Championship, set to take place at CQLX on Sunday, 5th May 2024. This championship is a marquee event within the Beef Australia calendar of events and provides an opportunity for commercial cattlemen and women to test their skills against the best in the country.
I invite you to submit your nominations in Beef Australia’s Nutrien Ag Solutions 2024 Commercial Cattle Championship to showcase your commercial herd to a national and international audience, with winners announced at the 2024 Awards Dinner on Monday, 6th May at Beef2024.
This month we launched our impressive lineup of Celebrity Chefs set to be showcased at Beef2024. We’re excited to have not one, but two international chefs joining us in 2024, including none other than Australian-born British Chef John Torode MBE and a crowd favourite from Beef2018, Iron Chef Sakai.
Early bird tickets were released on the 13th of November with two sessions already sold out so I encourage you to get in quick on the 20th November when tickets are released to the general public.
We’ve had a fantastic response to the Suncorp Bank School’s Program, supported by MLA Good Meat Australia Education after registrations opened on the 7th November. This program provides an opportunity for all students, whether studying agriculture or not, to gain exposure to important messages about the beef industry.
I encourage all schools interested in joining this educational and free program to jump online now and register.
As we continue to get closer to the 2024 event, the Beef Australia team continues to grow. I’d like to welcome aboard our new Receptionist Ethan Peters.
Until next time.
