52 days to go!

Last week we announced Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, two-time Helpmann-Award Nominated and nationally acclaimed orchestra as the headline act for Beef2024’s cultural entertainment program. The announcement was made at a distinguished function held at Parliament House, in the presence of the Queensland Parliament, media and Beef2024 Principal Partners. Founded in 1987, Camerata have established itself as one of Australia’s leading chamber orchestras, captivating audiences with their distinctive sound and captivating performances. We’re looking forward to seeing them perform their Four Seasons Reimagined concert, live and free on the Ergon Network Stage on Tuesday, 7th May from 7.00pm.

On the 20th February we put the call out to volunteers to help stage this international event and I’m excited to say the response has been nothing short of amazing with 150 keen individuals already putting their hand up. If you’re interested in volunteering at Beef2024, I encourage you to learn more and apply today.

We’ve also given you a sneak peak at our new Beef TV program. Hosted by well-known journalist Andrea Crothers and Australian agricultural show identity Lyndsey Douglas, Beef TV is an insightful, educational and exciting eight-hour program airing from May 6th to 10th, 2024 from the LAWD International Business Lounge. You’ll be able to tune in to our seven-channel program where you’ll find a dedicated media channel bursting with industry insights, insider knowledge from Beef2024 partners and stakeholders, market trends straight from Trade Commissioners worldwide, heartwarming success stories, the Nutrien Ag Solutions Stud Cattle Championship, breaking Beef2024 news updates, and of course, plenty of moments to share a laugh or two. More will be announced towards the end of the month.

Until next time.
