Gelbvieh Champions announced at Beef2024
Kadfarm Gelbviehs have claimed top honours for a male in the Gelbvieh ring of the Nutrien Ag Solutions Stud Cattle Champion at Beef2024.
Kadfarm Gelbviehs Spartan was sashed grand champion male after earlier securing the bull 30 months and under 36 months class and senior champion title.
“I felt he has a bit more power than the junior bull, but the junior will have his day,” Judge, Andre Olive said.
In the females, Midas Yeletta S024 took the grand champion female trophy, after earlier claiming first in the cow 30 months and under 36 months class and senior champion title.
“I think she was a worthy winner, just on her presence her length her stretch and her depth,” Mr Olive said.
