Beef 2021 Ticket Sales ‘Unprecedented’
Published 02 February 2021
Beef Australia 2021 went on sale to the general public yesterday.
Since tickets were released for sale just a few days ago, the interest in Beef 2021 has been nothing short of remarkable, and is testament to the community’s appetite for this major Central Queensland triennial event.
“Unprecedented” is a word that has been bandied around the Beef Australia office frequently this week, as the team answered literally hundreds of phone calls and enquiries.
Beef Australia CEO Ian Mill couldn’t be happier with the response to the release of tickets and the incredible level of interest that continues to build around the event, to be delivered in the Beef Capital in May. “Our members who enjoy a week’s early bird access to tickets as part of their membership package, really provided an indication as to what’s going to be popular this year,” Ian explained. “The Empire Apartment Hotel and Knight Frank Agribusiness Classic Wallabies Sportsmans Lunch sold out in record time, proving there is a genuine desire for quality offerings across the week.”
An overview of the 2021 Program provides a snapshot of the enticing mix of events and activities that are sure to keep guests’ itineraries full to the brim throughout the week. Visitors can start their days with a hearty breakfast, finish at a dinner presented by a selection of Australia’s finest chefs, and in-between, be entertained and informed with an extensive program that includes cattle competitions, property and city tours, and world class guest speakers at the symposium and seminars. For something a little different this year, a rugby match will feature the Classic Wallabies versus the Beef Bavarians. The match, played by a star studded line-up of former Internationals will be a family friendly event, with children under 18 years enjoying free admission.
Three exciting events have just been added to the program, including the iconic ‘Nose to Tail Dinner’, ‘The Main Event’ Lunch with former World Champion boxer Jeff Horn and Boxing Tent legend Fred Brophy, plus the very popular ‘Graeme Acton Beef Connections Lunch’ presented by Westpac, highlighting the achievements of the program’s mentor partners. Tickets for the three additional events will be on sale Friday February 5.
There are far too many offerings on this year’s program to list here, suffice to say Beef 2021 is shaping up to be the best yet! We urge you to secure your tickets quickly to the many-ticketed events on offer, and purchase your entry tickets on-line to wander through the hundreds of exhibits, spectacular cattle displays, indulge in great food and an endless array of free family events and attractions.
