Amy McCosker

Amy completed her Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Queensland in 2010 before embarking on a career within the ABC. The following years with the national broadcaster saw Amy working on radio, digital and TV projects with shows like the Queensland Country Hour and Landline. A keen interest in agriculture drew Amy to leaving the media arena to work with the agri-tech education and extension team at CQUniversity.

Jessica Paton

Jess started her role as the Cibo Labs customer support manager in April 2022 and is based in Roma QLD. She grew up on her family property in Tooma, South-East NSW where they run a commercial beef cattle enterprise. After taking a gap year on a cattle station in the Pilbara WA, Jess successfully completed a Bachelor Agriculture/Bachelor of Business through the University of New England. For the 2 years prior to starting with Cibo Labs, Jess worked as a cattle embryo transfer technician at the Holbrook Vet Centre.

She is passionate about the livestock industry and enjoys working with producers to improve their business efficiency and productivity through use of the Cibo Labs technology.

Zoe Carter

Zoe Carter is originally from the city, but has risen to managerial level jobs in the agriculture industry and along the way has shared her journey online. Now she promotes agriculture, creating new pathways for more people to join the industry, no matter where they come from. 

Brenden Lydford

Brenden Lydford embarked on his journey in the agricultural industry at fifteen, labouring on abattoir floors to purchase his own cattle. His dedication and passion culminated in founding Universal Livestock – a seedstock operation in Dubbo.

A graduate of St Johns College, Dubbo, and Charles Sturt University, Brenden was one of five to participate in the Kilcoy Global Foods’ (KGF) Future Leaders Program. Now a Project Support Officer for KGF, Brenden aspires to lead transformative change in the agriculture industry for generations to come.
