An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, driven, suitably experienced Site Coordinator to join the Beef 2024 operations team. This position is responsible for the planning and delivery of temporary infrastructure and services requirements across all event venues, and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional delivery of major event elements and collaboration within a small team of event professionals in a dynamic and robust environment. You will be accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities and ensuring the needs of the business are met on time and within budget.
Applicants must be highly experienced in large scale project and/or event management with an emphasis on managing multiple stakeholders and contracts. Experience in a construction environment or green space event environment is desirable.
This position is offered under a fixed term full time contract from January 2024 to May 2024 (date to be confirmed upon appointment).
This position is located at the Beef Australia office – 195 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton Queensland.
