An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate customer service superstar to join the Beef 2024 operations team in the role of Guest Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for the overall management and delivery of ticketing, accreditation and accommodation services and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of exceptional customer service with proven success in a tourism or hospitality environment. You will be accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities and ensuring the needs of the business are met on time and within budget. Demonstrated experience in event ticketing and/or event registration systems is highly desirable.
This position is offered under a fixed term full time contract from November 2023 (date to be confirmed upon appointment) to 30 May 2024.
This position is located at the Beef Australia office – 195 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton Queensland
