Tailored towards young professionals, Beef Australia’s Next Gen Program, driven by the Next Gen Committee, aims to shape the future leaders of the beef community through supporting and educating the next generation.
The Next Gen Program has a strong focus on supporting those working in the industry from corporate roles and family businesses across the beef supply chain as well those just starting out in the industry after school or perhaps looking for a career change. The 2024 Program will provide opportunities to connect with industry leaders, develop a network of connections and build industry knowledge, giving participants the confidence to grow and progress in their careers.
The Next Gen program is ideal for those:
- Currently work in the beef industry
- Looking to break into the beef industry
- Wanting to contribute further to the beef industry through industry committees and boards
- Who have a passion for the beef industry that they are looking to develop
Running from Wednesday 8th May through to Friday 10th May, the 2024 Program includes crowd favourites like Hats n Heels, Cattlyst and the Next Gen Forum, and see the introduction of a new webinar series.
