Tammy Kruckow is a leadership consultant and coach in her businesses called Tammy Kruckow Coaching and Top End Leadership. She is also a 2020 Nuffield Scholar. For 18 years Tammy worked for Consolidated Pastoral Company holding a variety of positions from Jillaroo to Recruitment and Training Coordinator whilst managing stations with her husband Cameron and their three girls. Through this time Tammy identified a gap in resources and support for leaders and emerging leaders in the northern beef industry. Tammy recognised the scarcity of key leadership skill including effective communication and efficient planning.
In July 2020, she founded her business which specialises in Leadership Development whilst working with teams and individuals to lead themselves and others. In 2020 Tammy was also the recipient of the Nuffield Northern Pastoral Scholarship, supported collectively by the Australian Agricultural Company, Consolidated Pastoral Company, Elders and S. Kidman & Co. Tammy is using her scholarship to research how the northern pastoral industry can successfully retain and develop its workforce though effective leadership.
