Aaron is a cotton grower and beef producer based in Emerald, Central Queensland. He farms with his family and has a strong interest in development through sport holding several local coaching positions. He was elected Director and Vice President of the Queensland Farmers Federation in November 2021. Aaron is past Chair of the Central Highlands Cotton Growers and Irrigators Association Inc. He is currently completing the Australian Rural Leadership Program and is also a graduate of the Australian Future Cotton Leaders and Cotton20 Programs. Aaron actively contributes to industry development via a range of initiatives such as Teach the Teacher and has a strong interest in the value of mindset and wellbeing as contributors to effective leadership.
