Mentor; Anthony Lee
Xavier comes from an extensive background in the NZ meat industry and is now Meat Processing Specialist with Greenstock (Woolworths), currently leading an offal yield project.
Xavier is keen to see society’s perception of the beef industry change and hopes participating in the Graeme Acton Beef Connections Program will give him the skills and networks to help overcome some of these barriers.
Xavier’s program project will focus on educating school students about the beef industry and the career opportunities the industry offers.
