Mentor; Georgie Aley
Georgia is based in Central Queensland and is Client Manager for Black Box Co, a cloud based software system that analyses beef production data from right along the supply chain.
As well as Black Box, Georgia has an active role in her partners family cattle operation and has worked in both stud and commercial operations across Queensland.
Georgia was raised in her family’s mixed beef & timber operation in SEQ which is where she developed her passion for the beef industry.
Georgia’s project is about communicating sustainability through herd productivity. Specifically, Georgia wants to research and create an uncomplicated resource for producers to better understand how herd performance influences business and environmental sustainability.
