Global trading partners may be unable to attend Beef Australia in Rockhampton this year, however we are committed to ensuring the opportunities to learn, connect, trade with and invest in the Australian beef industry are still made available through our networks.
Working collaboratively with DFAT, Austrade, TIQ and MLA , the International Committee has identified emerging and existing markets. The full program will soon be announced and we look forward to connecting our Australian beef industry participants with existing and future global trade and investment partners.
The International Engagement Program will include:
- Beef Business Portal
New permanent website feature, linking you with a range of information and opportunities that will support trade and investment for the Australian beef industry.
- Handshakes Program
The facilitated business meeting program returns in 2021, allowing people to register both at the event and online (domestic and international delegates). Handshakes provides an ideal opportunity for international agribusiness companies to meet with Australian enterprises and livestock specialists to explore business prospects.
