Zach Jones

A 5th generation Montana rancher, still overseeing his family’s ranch, founded in 1908, Zach has combined his years growing up, working on, and managing the family ranch with co-founding and operating multiple land-based businesses.  For the past 15 years, Zach has innovated and led holistic and regenerative management across assets in several U.S. states and abroad in New Zealand.

More recently, through the past five years, Zach has been focused with teams on catalysing both family office and institutional investment explicitly into regenerative agriculture, as well as supporting regenerative agriculture’s rapid growth through new third-party certifications, its emerging consumer-market premiums, and as a scalable solution to climatic, economic, and social challenges.

Zach, based in Bozeman, Montana, is Senior Vice President and COO of Impact Ag’s U.S.-based business.
