Beef Australia 2018 is opening up the kitchen to those aged 16 – 27 to enter the Young Chef Ambassador Competition in 2018.
“It provides one lucky young chef the unique opportunity to work alongside our Celebrity Chefs from around the globe in the PwC Celebrity Chef Restaurant. Unox have also very generously donated the prize of a Combi oven valued at $1700 to the restaurant of the winning chef” says Kelly-Rae Smith, Beef Australia Catering and Functions Coordinator.
