Fine dining at its best - Beef Australia 2012 will feature four premium restaurants on the grounds.

Cattleman's Bar & Grill, located in the Walter Pearce Pavilion, ph. 0414 861 551. Enjoy the experience of the Cattlemen’s famous grilled steaks and authentic outback hospitality, all proudly presented by the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Outback Heritage Centre, Longreach.

Ascot Stonegrill, located on the Cremorne Lawn, ph. 07 4922 4719. In a new alliance with the Australian Brahman Breeders’ Association, the Ascot Stonegrill is serving exclusively Brahman beef at Beef Australia 2012. A select line of 90 Brahman steers was processed at Teys Australia meatworks in Biloela, with all of the beef graded according to the Meat Standards Australia (MSA) rating system in order to guarantee tenderness when served on the hot stones of the Ascot Stonegrill Restaurant. The Ascot will for the first time also feature a takeaway beef burger stand.

Hog’s Breath Café, located in the McCamley Pavilion, ph. 07 4926 3646. The Hog’s Breath will service its renowned steaks and tasty burgers with its signature fun and casual flair.

Mercure Branded Restaurant, located in the Robert Schwarton Pavilion, ph. 4925 2525 or email natasha_heiniger@capricornresort.com. With all day dinning, the Branded Restaurant offers quality MSA graded and Halal food to a broad range of tastes, providing professional and efficient service for a memorable dining experience. The restaurant will operate Tuesday from 11.30am-8.30pm; Wednesday from 11.30am-2.30pm; Thursday from 11.30am until 8.30pm.

Why not dine out and enjoy some of Australia's best public speakers? The Beef Australia 2012 social functions program features a combination of great food and great entertainment, from celebrities including Raelene Boyle and Mal Meninga.
