Smile all week long
Beef Australia 2012 has confirmed a spectacular line up of live entertainment to keep you smiling throughout the week.
A number of live acts will be performing for free around the grounds of Beef Australia 2012. Other acts, such as the Country Collaboration Concert and The Man From Snowy River Arena Spectacular, will be performed to arenas with special ticketing arrangements.

The Country Collaboration Concert, headlined by multi-ARIA award winning artist Kasey Chambers, this year’s Tamworth Golden Guitar winner for best song, Shane Nicholson, and local stars Busby Marou. Ashleigh Dallas and Bill Chambers will provide support acts.

‘The Man from Snowy River Arena Spectacular’ - experience the magic of Banjo Patersons’ Australian classic which will be performed on Monday May 7, Tuesday May 8 and Wednesday May 9.

‘The CrackUp Sisters’ – S.T. Ruth (Struth) and B-Ute (Beaut) will be appearing all week at ‘The Homestead’, delighting audiences with a mixture of high energy whipcracking performances, workshops, slapstick acrobatics, pumping music and a swagger of Aussie bush jokes! Sure to be a crackin’ good time!

The Wait-A-While marquee will again house our talented Bush Poets. Join them each day from 7–9am for breakfast as part of ‘Sunrise with the Bush Poets’.

Fashion parades will be held three times daily throughout the week. Two parades on Monday May 7 will be hosted by Stockland Rockhampton and one parade on Tuesday will be hosted by City Centre Plaza Rockhampton.

‘No Bull’ – No bull, all boogie - this trio will entertain with their highly energetic and exciting street theatre performers and musicians!

Ivan Richardson, Australia’s ONLY Travelling Silent Picture Show Man, will entertain audiences again with a series of silent movies to be screened all week.

Old McDonald’s Farm with its cute baby animals will be open all week for petting and feeding!

The Youth and Schools Program is jam-packed, with the CQUniversity Creative Kids Space offering workshops, dancing sessions, face painting and there will also be tours, Kids Trail and activity book and more!

Celebrity chefs will cook up a storm with live demonstrations daily.
