Collaboration and networking opportunities are led by a free Business Matching Program called Handshakes provided by the Queensland Government in partnership with the Australian Trade Commission.
Handshakes provides an ideal opportunity for Australian enterprises and livestock specialists to explore business prospects and meet face-to-face with international agribusiness companies seeking to do business in Australia. Meeting facilities are available at the Expo along with interpreter services.
More than 65 businesses and industry organisations have already registered to participate in this unique program.
Generation Next
If you’re aged between 18 and 35, an international exchange called Generation Next has been developed between Australia and other beef producing countries. Young beef industry leaders from outside Australia can join a tour to attend and work in an official volunteer capacity at Beef Australia 2012. Read more here.
