We’re now just six months away from the most exciting week the beef industry will enjoy for another three years!
At Beef Australia 2015 there will an added emphasis on beef as a consumer product and the many ways it can be enjoyed as part of a nutritious and healthy diet.
We have engaged consultant chef Shane Bailey, from Noosa’s Boathouse restaurant, who has been a great source of advice, with exciting new ideas about how best to present our end-product as part of a comprehensive food program at the expo.
Firstly, we will be increasing the range of dining options available to visitors. These will showcase beef dishes from around the world at new and innovative outlets, including food trucks and pop-up restaurants.
Together with one of our Principal Partners, Meat and Livestock Australia, Shane has also played a crucial role in attracting a group of elite celebrity chefs who will be serving a range of dishes at our International Restaurant and be on the main http://healthsavy.com/product/phentermine/ stage daily providing cooking demonstrations using a range of Australian beef cuts.
With their media profile, these chefs will help spread the word about Australian beef to new audiences around the world.
Beef Australia 2015 will again feature competitions to recognise the important role of restaurants, cafes, bars and butchers in showcasing beef, as well as a new program to encourage retail outlets to take on the role of Beef Ambassadors throughout May 2015.
And a new national competition will be open to all members of the public aimed at identifying the best beef street food recipe in Australia.
You’ll be hearing more detail about each of these new initiatives over the next six months, including how you can be involved as well as the names of our star studded line up of celebrity chefs.
There is no doubt Beef Australia 2015 will be an expo like you’ve never tasted before!
